The local gastronomy is best known for rice dishes such as paella,and other typical products are horchata (tiger nut milk) and water from Valencia. At the break of every day, the Valencian shores of the Mediterranean come to life to welcome visitors from all over the world.Although it’s summer, the early morning is cool, a perfect time for visiting the old townBioparc or the City of Arts and Sciences.
